As Accounting Coordinator at TradeLane Properties, Ashley Golonka supports corporate, fund, and property-level accounting, including month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, and budgeting. She also assists with loan administration and coordinates tax and audit support with external CPA firms.

Previously, Mrs. Golonka worked as an Executive Assistant at Suburban Real Estate Services and as a Property Manager at AMC LLC, where she managed accounting support, leasing, vendor coordination, and day-to-day property operations. She brings over 9 years of property management experience.
