Alan Fischer is the Director of Construction in Cincinnati. At Tradelane, Mr. Fischer manages redevelopment, new development, tenant improvements, capital expenditures, and make-ready projects across the Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, and Indianapolis markets.
In addition to these primary tasks, he works collaboratively with the Property Management team on a daily basis to resolve building-related issues. He partners with the Leasing team to respond to RFPs, which includes budget creation and crafting responses within lease documents. Once leases are executed, Mr. Fischer takes charge of the scope of work, design, bidding, and project execution. He also collaborates with the Market Leader to identify and close on new acquisitions and land development opportunities.
Before joining Tradelane, Mr. Fischer honed his skills at Prologis (NYSE: PLD), where he managed all tenant improvements, capital expenditures, and make-ready projects across the Columbus and Cincinnati markets, encompassing nearly 18 million square feet. Previously, he was Construction Manager for the Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Louisville markets for DCT Industrial (NYSE: DCT).
Mr. Fischer received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology - Construction Management from Cincinnati State Community College. Leveraging his academic background and extensive industry experience, Mr. Fischer continues to drive success in all construction and development projects under his purview at Tradelane Properties.
