From 2018 - 2020, Mr. Castro worked as an agent for ESRP, a privately held, tenant and buyer focused commercial real estate firm. As Executive Vice President of the company, Mr. Castro specialized in representing industrial clients on site selection, acquisition, and lease transactions.
From 2006 – 2018, Mr. Castro served as the Vice President for the Dallas-Fort Worth market for DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), a leading publicly traded warehouse/industrial property REIT which owned, developed and internally managed over 73 million square feet of bulk-distribution and light-industrial properties.
