Victoria Rayburn joined Tradelane Properties in 2022, stepping into the role of Property Services Coordinator. In her position, Ms. Rayburn provides invaluable support to the Property Management, Construction Manager, and Market Leader, helping to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across these key sectors of the business.
In addition to her primary duties, Ms. Rayburn also takes on office management responsibilities, further contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the Tradelane team.
Before joining Tradelane, Ms. Rayburn gained valuable experience as a Property Manager at Northpoint Development, focusing on industrial properties, and at Neyer Management, where she specialized in office properties. Her past experiences have enriched her understanding of different real estate sectors and honed her skills in property management.
Ms. Rayburn graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also holds a real estate license (SAL.2019001467), showcasing her comprehensive knowledge and credentials in the real estate field.
