Mike is responsible for leading TradeLane’s capital deployment strategy, portfolio operations and growing the Company’s presence in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville markets.

Mike has more than 22 years of experience across all aspects of industrial real estate, including capital deployment, construction and operations. Prior to joining TradeLane Properties, Mike served as Vice President, Cincinnati Market Officer at Prologis. He was responsible for local capital deployment, leasing and managing a 12.3M SF portfolio consisting of approximately 122 customers and 53 buildings.

Mike is active in the Cincinnati Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is a member of the University of Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Roundtable.

TradeLane Properties has recently acquired 896,523 square foot industrial park, consisting of 14 buildings located on 43.5 acres in the Northwest Submarket of Cincinnati, the TLP Capital Center.
