Oakbrook Terrace, IL – TradeLane Properties, a privately held industrial real estate company, announces the acquisition of 875 Center Drive, a single-tenant, rear-loaded industrial building totaling 96,000 square feet in Vandalia, Ohio, located approximately one mile from the I-75 interchange, three miles from the I-70 interchange, and less than four miles from the Dayton International Airport.

Purchased as a value-add acquisition, the property is located within the North Dayton submarket, a strategic logistics corridor benefiting from proximity to regional interstate infrastructure and air cargo access.
