TradeLane Properties Secures 584,820 SF Lease with Leading Global E-Commerce Company

Oakbrook Terrace, IL –TradeLane Properties announces the execution of a long-term lease with a leading global e-commerce company at its 584,820 square foot Class-A industrial facility located at 1175 Collins Road in Greenwood, IN, within the Johnson County submarket of Indianapolis.

Situated on 33.53 acres adjacent to I-65, this cross-docked facility was constructed in 2022 and features 64 dock-high doors, a 40-foot clear height, four drive-in doors, a 130’–185’ truck court depth, 171 auto parking stalls and 71 trailer parking stalls.

Acquired in 2023 within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II, a value-add investment fund focused on key Central U.S. logistics markets, the building was fully occupied upon purchase with a short-term lease in place. The newly executed long-term lease marks a significant milestone in stabilizing the asset and enhancing long-term value within the TLP Fund II portfolio.
