Oakbrook Terrace, IL – TradeLane Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Angela Blaising as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of real estate experience in both publicly traded and private platforms, Angela brings a deep expertise in institutional capital markets, financial risk management and treasury operations.

As TradeLane’s new Chief Financial Officer, Angela will lead the finance and accounting teams in Oakbrook Terrace with responsibility for all accounting operations, financial planning, forecasting, cash management, fund reporting, tax compliance, debt management, and external/internal audit. Her extensive operational background and large platform experience will ensure adherence to the rigorous financial reporting standards established at TradeLane Properties and help guide the company through its next phase of growth.

Previous to TradeLane Properties, Angela held the position of Senior Vice President, Treasury and Capital Markets at Ventas, Inc (NYSE: VTR), Vice President, Capital Markets at Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H), as well as finance roles at Inventrust Properties Corporation (NYSE: IVT) and RREEF. Angela holds an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan.
