TLP acquired this former long-term vacant retail building in hopes to redevelop it into something more useful to the market. While re-zoning, completing a partial demolition, and starting a full rehab, a long-term tenant expressed interests during the re-development process and signed for the entire premises to distribute buildings products. This was perfect timing as the tenant was able to include their special touches during the process, as well as avoid any down –time in lease-up for TLP.
