TradeLane Properties Acquires 304,560 Square foot Class A Distribution Center in Columbus, Ohio

Oakbrook Terrace, IL – TradeLane Properties, a privately held industrial real estate company, announces the acquisition of 9296 Intermodal Court, a Class A, cross-docked distribution facility totaling 304,560 square feet in Columbus, Ohio. Adjacent to the Rickenbacker International Airport within the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park, the site offers excess land to accommodate expansion of the facility to 435,000 square feet.
Constructed in 2014, this facility is situated on 26.8 acres, features 30 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors, 32’ clear height, 135’ truck court depth and 122 auto stalls (expandable), and 184 potential trailer positions
Purchased within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund III, L.P., an investment fund focused on key Central U.S. logistics markets, this investment was 100% occupied at the time of closing on a short-term lease.
The acquisition of 9296 Intermodal Court is consistent with TradeLane Properties’ strategy of investing in select major Central U.S. logistics markets with the opportunity to add value through dedicated in-house capabilities including Leasing, Accounting, Construction, Development, and Property Management teams.
