TradeLane Properties Sells Fully Stabilized TLP Park 88 Logistics Center in North Aurora, IL

Oakbrook Terrace, IL – TradeLane Properties, in partnership with Phelan Development Company, is pleased to announce the successful sale of TLP Park 88 Logistics Center in North Aurora, Illinois to an institutional fund manager. The transaction marks the culmination of a highly successful development, with two Class A buildings, totaling 429,616 square feet, 100% leased at the time of sale.
400 Smoke Tree Plaza, spanning 263,688 square feet, was leased to a global e-commerce company on a long-term basis prior to substantial completion. The building features a 36-foot clear height, 27 exterior dock doors, two drive-in doors, 167 auto parking stalls, 47 trailer parking positions, and a 185-foot truck court.
410 Smoke Tree Plaza, encompassing 165,928 square feet, was fully leased to two tenants shortly after substantial completion. The building includes a 32-foot clear height, 17 exterior dock doors, two drive-in doors, 126 auto parking stalls, 47 trailer positions, and a 185-foot truck court.
