Originally acquired in 2024 as part of TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund III, an investment fund focused on key Central and Southeast U.S. logistics markets, the property was sold following a short-term sale-leaseback and planned property improvements.  The purchase and disposition of this building highlights TradeLane Properties’ strategy of investing in select major U.S. logistics markets with the opportunity to add value through dedicated in-house expertise including Leasing, Accounting, Construction, Development, and Property Management teams.
