As Director, Development at TradeLane Properties, Ben leads development, tenant improvements, and capital projects in Cincinnati and supports initiatives across other markets. He manages projects from due diligence and entitlements through design, budgeting, and execution, ensuring alignment between the customer, property management, and market teams.
With over a decade of industrial real estate experience at Ares Management, GLP US Management, and Prologis, Ben has overseen developments and capital projects and supported major acquisitions and dispositions. A career highlight includes managing a Miami development that resulted in one of the largest U.S. industrial sales in 2024.
Ben holds a Construction Management degree from the University of Cincinnati.
