As Property Manager, Evyn oversees industrial properties across the Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Kentucky markets, managing tenant relations, inspections, maintenance, vendor coordination, and contract administration. He ensures compliance with leases and insurance, supports senior team members with complex issues, and assists the Construction Manager with projects.
Previously, Evyn managed 16 buildings and 50+ tenants at Tappan Properties, overseeing construction, building systems, and vendor contracts. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University.
