Gino Cavalieri began his role as an Investment Analyst at Tradelane Properties in 2022. In January 2024, he was promoted to Senior Investment Analyst. As part of his primary responsibilities, Mr. Cavalieri collaborates with acquisition teams to evaluate and underwrite new investment opportunities, bolstering Tradelane's portfolio and market presence. He is also charged with due diligence, supporting leasing and disposition efforts, and ensuring the utmost efficiency and profitability of every transaction.
In addition to these core duties, Mr. Cavalieri assists with debt placement and managing Tradelane's assets, further contributing to the company's financial solidity.
Before joining Tradelane, Mr. Cavalieri served as a Senior Analyst at Signature Bank Chicago, where he specialized in underwriting, evaluating, and closing financing opportunities for various property types, including commercial, industrial, office, land, and multi-family properties. This prior experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of financial analysis and the real estate market.
Mr. Cavalieri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Illinois Wesleyan University. His academic prowess, combined with his practical experience, provides a robust foundation for his role at Tradelane.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Cavalieri is a proud member of the NAIOP Chicago Chapter, further enriching his connections within the real estate industry.
