Jordan White serves as the Director of Accounting at Tradelane Properties, having joined the firm in 2021. As the head of the accounting department, Ms. White is tasked with overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate, fund, and property level reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and loan management.
In addition to her main duties, she coordinates with third-party CPA firms to fulfill tax and audit requirements and is instrumental in refining the company-wide continuous improvement processes, policies, and controls. Her comprehensive role at Tradelane allows her to utilize her accounting expertise to ensure the company's financial integrity.
Prior to joining Tradelane, Ms. White held key roles at prominent firms such as DCT Industrial, Prologis, and EverWest Real Estate Investors, where she cultivated her profound understanding and in-depth experience in accounting within the real estate industry.
Ms. White graduated from the University of Colorado, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. Her academic background, combined with her rich professional experience, positions her to excel as Tradelane's Director of Accounting, consistently ensuring the financial operations align with the company's corporate goals.
