As Director of Construction, Mr. Hauert oversees the entire construction process, including redevelopment, tenant improvements, capital projects and new development for TradeLane Properties’ portfolio of industrial buildings. He has extensive experience in the scope creation, design, bidding and execution on an array of construction projects.
Prior to TradeLane Properties, Mr. Hauert worked as a Senior Project Manager with NAI Hiffman where he assisted in the development of their newly formed project management services arm.
From 2015 – 2018, Mr. Hauert served as the Senior Project Manager for the Chicago Region for DCT Industrial. There, he was responsible for the management of all construction related activities for 44 buildings totaling 10.4 Million Square Feet and contributed his expertise to various other DCT markets including Cincinnati, Dallas, and Houston.
Mr. Hauert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
