As Director of Construction at Tradelane Properties, Timothy Hauert brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Since joining the company in 2019, Mr. Hauert has been tasked with managing the entire construction process, including redevelopment, tenant improvements, capital projects, and new development for TradeLane Properties' portfolio of industrial buildings. In addition, he also oversees Physical Due Diligence for all TLP Acquisitions.
Before joining Tradelane, Mr. Hauert held several senior project manager roles. At NAI Hiffman, he spent a year honing his project management skills. Following that, he had a successful four-year stint at DCT Industrial. A ten-year tenure at CenterPoint Properties preceded this, further enriching his experience in project management.
He has managed construction and redevelopment projects in various markets, including Cincinnati, Chicago, and Dallas. Among his notable projects are the Bridgeview Business Center Redevelopment for Amazon, the Ashland/Fulton Redevelopment in Chicago, the Morgan Street Redevelopment in Chicago, and the Cherry St Redevelopment in Fort Worth.
Mr. Hauert obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College, setting a strong foundation for his successful career.
