As Property Manager, Victoria oversees industrial properties in the Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Kentucky markets. She manages all aspects of operations, including tenant relations, vendor coordination, inspections, and maintenance, ensuring exceptional service and compliance. Her responsibilities also include leasing support and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
Previously, Ms. Rayburn managed industrial portfolios at NorthPoint Development and DCT Industrial, as well as office properties at Neyer Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University and a real estate license.
