TradeLane Properties Acquires 489,310 Square Foot Class A Industrial Building in DeSoto, TX

Dallas, TX –TradeLane Properties, a privately held Industrial real estate company, announces the acquisition of 2100 Jo Drive, a single-tenant, cross-loaded industrial building totaling 489,310 square feet in DeSoto, TX on the western edge of the South Dallas submarket along the I-20 Corridor.

Constructed in 2022, this free-standing industrial building is situated on 33.91 acres and features 117 dock high doors, 3 drive-in-door’s, 40’ clear height, 3,200 amps of power, 185’ truck court depth, 211 auto stalls (expandable) and 144 trailer stalls (expandable).

Purchased within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II, a value-add investment fund focused on key Central U.S. logistics markets, this investment was 100% occupied at the time of closing.

The acquisition of TLP 2100 Jo Drive is consistent with TradeLane Properties’ strategy of investing in select major Central U.S. logistics markets with the opportunity to add value through dedicated in-house capabilities including Leasing, Accounting, Construction, Development, and Property Management.
