West Chester, OH – TradeLane Properties, a privately held industrial real estate company, announces the acquisition of 3475 Langley, a 63,976 square foot, multi-tenant, rear-load light industrial facility, in Hebron, KY. Constructed in 2021 and situated on six acres, this fully stabilized facility offers seven dock doors (expandable), a 22’ clear height, four drive-in-doors, ninety auto stalls, ESFR fire protection and a 125’ truck court.

Located within the Northern Kentucky sub-market of Cincinnati, OH, 3475 Langley provides the tenant base with immediate access to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport home to the DHL North American Superhub as well as Amazon Air operations.

Purchased within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II, a value-add investment fund focused on key Central U.S. logistics markets, this investment was 100% leased upon acquisition.
