TradeLane Properties, through its Chicago focused value-add industrial platform, TradeLane Properties Fund I, has closed on two buildings in the O’Hare submarket.
1500 Bryn Mawr Avenue and 1251 Ardmore Avenue are located within close proximity to the O’Hare International Airport, amongst a deep and skilled manufacturing labor pool. These highly functional, light industrial buildings total 109,443 square feet and are fully leased to Phoenix Converting, Inc.
