Located two miles from the I-294 interchange amongst the deep labor pool of South Cook County, this fully functional, heavy industrial zoned last-mile distribution center will be repositioned to utilize excess land for a warehouse expansion, additional trailer and/or auto parking, and additional rail car capacity.
