TradeLane Properties Acquires Two Light Industrial Buildings in Naperville, IL
TradeLane Properties, through its Chicago focused value-add industrial platform, TradeLane Properties Fund I, has closed on two buildings in the I-88 Corridor.
1400 Shore Road (27,110 SF) and 1500 Shore Road (43,230 SF) are located one-mile South of the I-88 and Route 59 interchange amongst the research and development, manufacturing and technology labor pool of DuPage County. These highly functional and fully divisible light industrial buildings total 70,340 square feet and are fully leased on a short-term basis.
