TradeLane Properties Announces Acquisition of 206,185 SF Light Industrial Facility

Oakbrook Terrace, IL –TradeLane Properties, a privately held industrial real estate company, announces the acquisition of 333 Corporate Woods Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL, a 206,185 square foot light industrial facility located within the Lake County submarket of Chicago.

Constructed in 1989, this free-standing industrial building is situated on 11.6 acres with a 22’-30’ clear height and features two drive-in doors, six dock-high doors, 6,500 amps of power, and 673 auto parking stalls.

Purchased within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund III, L.P., an investment fund focused on key Central and Southwest U.S. logistics markets, this investment was 38% occupied and 100% leased at closing. The building will be fully occupied upon completion of extensive remodeling including the demolition and conversion of a 2-story office into modern warehouse space.

The acquisition is consistent with TradeLane Properties’ strategy of investing in select major Central U.S. logistics markets with the opportunity to add value through dedicated in-house capabilities including Leasing, Accounting, Construction, Development, and Property Management teams.
