Neil Doyle, Chief Executive Officer of TradeLane Properties, is pleased to announce that Tim Hauert has joined the firm as Director of Construction.

As Director of Construction, Hauert will oversee all aspects of redevelopment, tenant improvements, capital projects and development for TradeLane Properties’ growing portfolio.

Previously, Hauert assisted in developing the project management platform at NAI Hiffman as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to NAI Hiffman, Hauert was responsible for the project management of redevelopment, tenant improvements and capital expenditures for DCT Industrial’s 10.4 million square foot portfolio in Chicago and contributed his expertise to various other markets including Cincinnati, Dallas and Houston.
