TradeLane Properties Announces the Sale of 2800 Henkel Drive in Lebanon, Ohio

Oakbrook Terrace, IL – TradeLane Properties, a privately held industrial real estate company, is pleased to announce the sale of 2800 Henkle Drive, a 131,150 square-foot light industrial manufacturing facility located in Lebanon, Ohio. Sold to the building’s current Tenant, this sale marks another successful outcome within TradeLane Properties’ Fund II value-add strategy for industrial real estate.
During its ownership, TradeLane Properties implemented an extensive redevelopment of the property, including the installation of new LED lighting, significant upgrades to asphalt and concrete surfaces, roof replacement, exterior and interior building paint, landscaping improvements, office demolition and remodel of the remaining interior office space. These enhancements were designed to increase the property’s appeal and functionality, making the property an ideal fit for the current tenant.
