TradeLane Properties Completes Expansion of Ohio Manufacturing Facility
West Chester, OH – TradeLane Properties, a privately-held industrial real estate company, proudly announces the successful completion of a building expansion project for our existing customer, Vinylmax, a prominent window and door manufacturer based in Hamilton, Ohio. The new 300,073 Square foot facility is now fully operational and occupied by Vinylmax.
Completed by TradeLane in Q3, 2024, the 150,073 square foot addition has significantly enhanced the plant’s capabilities by adding 19,300 square feet of new office space, 17 additional shipping docks, 2 new drive-in doors, 28 new trailer parking positions, and 244 expandable auto stalls. These upgrades are instrumental in enabling Vinylmax to increase its production capacity and efficiently meet the growing demand from its customers.
The strategically located facility, situated just half a mile from Bypass 4, offers excellent connectivity to major transportation routes including I-75 and I-275, facilitating streamlined logistics and distribution.
