Acquired in 2019 within TradeLane Properties Fund I, this fully stabilized distribution campus offers a range of industrial features, including expandable auto and trailer parking, truck wash facility, ample outside storage, and Indiana Harbor Belt (IHB) rail service.

The sale of these three buildings completes the disposition of the final assets held within TradeLane Properties Fund I.
