TradeLane Properties Expands Existing Ohio Manufacturing Facility to Support Customer’s Growth.
West Chester, OH –
TradeLane Properties, a privately held Industrial Real Estate company has commenced construction on a 150,073 SF cross-dock building expansion for Vinylmax, a window and door manufacturer located in Hamilton, Ohio. The expansion project will increase the plant's total size to 300,073 square feet when completed in Q3 2024.
The expanded facility will include 19,500 square feet of new office space along with 17 additional shipping docks, 2 new drive-in doors, 28 new trailer parking positions, and 244 (expandable) new auto stalls. The upgrades will allow Vinylmax to boost production capacity and meet increasing customer demand.
The building is strategically positioned just half a mile from Bypass 4, granting easy access to two of Cincinnati's major interstate highways, I-75 and I-275.
