400 Smoke Tree Plaza (Building A - 100% leased) spans 263,688 square feet and includes a 36-foot clear height, 27 exterior docks, two drive-in doors, 167 auto parking, 47 trailer parking positions and a 185-foot truck court.

410 Smoke Tree Plaza (Building B - 55% leased) encompasses 165,928 square feet and includes a 32-foot clear height, 17 exterior docks, two drive-in doors, 126 auto parking, 47 trailer positions and a 185-foot truck court.
