Situated on 26.8 acres adjacent to Rickenbacker International Airport within the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park, the cross-docked facility was constructed in 2014 and features 30 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, 32-foot clear height, and ample auto parking. Acquired within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund III, L.P., the building was fully occupied upon purchase with a short-term lease in place. The newly executed long-term lease further enhances the asset’s long-term value within the Fund III portfolio.
