Oak Brook, IL - TradeLane Properties has completed the sale of an industrial building located at 4444 W. Ferdinand Street within the Northwest Business Park, Chicago, Illinois. The undisclosed user/buyer was represented by Kevin Segerson and Philip Deboer of CBRE.

Initially acquired in 2020 as a partially leased, Class C, two-tenant industrial building totaling 138,651 SF, TradeLane repositioned the asset to include tenant relocation, exterior paint, landscaping, environmental clean-up/ tank removal, new pavement and additional trailer positions.

Vern Schultz of Colliers International represented TradeLane in both the initial acquisition as well as the disposition of the asset.
