Oakbrook Terrace, IL – TradeLane Properties is pleased to announce the sale of a nine - building portfolio totaling 258,082 square feet, located in Greater Cincinnati, OH. This infill portfolio was 98% occupied amongst thirty tenants at the time of the sale.

The assets were acquired between 2021 and 2023 within TradeLane’s U.S. Industrial Fund II, a value-add investment platform targeting key industrial markets in the Central United States.

In stabilizing the portfolio, TradeLane Properties executed a comprehensive capital improvement plan across the portfolio, which included roof replacements, asphalt resurfacing, exterior painting, landscaping enhancements, and interior renovations.
