Oakbrook Terrace, IL –TradeLane Properties is pleased to announce the sale of a three-building small bay portfolio totaling 134,781 square feet, located in the Chicagoland area. The portfolio was 100% occupied at the time of sale.

The assets were acquired between 2021 and 2022 within TradeLane’s U.S. Industrial Fund II, a value-add investment platform targeting key industrial markets in the Central United States.

In stabilizing the portfolio, TradeLane Properties executed a comprehensive capital improvement plan across the portfolio, which included roof replacements, asphalt resurfacing, exterior painting, landscaping enhancements, and interior renovations.
