TradeLane Properties announces the disposition of 7521 Brush Hill Road, a fully leased industrial building in the I-55 north corridor.

This Class A light industrial building, totaling 49,907 SF, was held within TradeLane Properties Fund I, a Chicago focused value-add platform. TradeLane acquired this building in 2021 with immediate pending vacancy. After substantial capital improvements, the property was demised and both units re-tenanted.
