TradeLane Properties Sells Two Industrial Buildings in Chicago, IL

Oak Brook, IL –TradeLane Properties announces the disposition of 4201 W. 36th Street, a fully stabilized two-building industrial complex in the infill I-55 corridor of Chicago, IL.

These adjacent facilities, totaling 92,500 SF, were acquired in December 2020 within TradeLane Properties Fund I, a Chicago-focused value-add platform. Building One was acquired on a long-term sale leaseback while Building Two was purchased vacant and repositioned for tenancy.

Vern Schultz of Colliers International represented TradeLane Properties in the initial acquisition and the leasing of the assets. Tyler Ziebel and Vern Schultz of Colliers International represented TradeLane Properties in the disposition.
