TradeLane Properties is pleased to announce the signing of a new long term lease with a leading e-commerce company to occupy the TLP Bridgeview Logistics Center, a 254,425 square foot industrial building on 20+ acres located at 7557 S. 78th Avenue in Bridgeview, Illinois.

TradeLane Properties acquired the building in October 2019 and has completed an extensive repositioning and modernization of the building including reconstructed truck courts, additional trailer storage, interior/exterior LED lighting, renovated office space, roof replacement, interior/exterior paint, and dock equipment replacement.
