Alexis Sweet started her journey with Tradelane Properties in 2021 as an Investment Analyst. In January 2024, she was promoted to Senior Investment Analyst. Her primary responsibilities include underwriting potential investments, coordinating due diligence, handling dispositions, and maintaining portfolio-level mark to markets and analytics. She also collaborates with third parties, such as legal teams, construction groups, developers, and environmental specialists, to accomplish her tasks and ensure the robustness of each investment. Additionally, she is critical in debt placement and refinancing efforts on assets.
Beyond these primary tasks, Ms. Sweet creates deliverables for executives and investors, captures monthly key metrics, and delivers investment proposals to executives. She works closely with market leaders to identify high-return investments and value-add opportunities, further enhancing Tradelane's investment portfolio.
Before joining Tradelane, Ms. Sweet accumulated diverse experience, including business consulting domestically and internationally and real estate financial analysis at SiteTech Systems in Myrtle Beach. She also interned at JLL at the Frank Lloyd Wright SC Johnson Headquarters account in Racine, WI.
Ms. Sweet graduated from Coastal Carolina University - Wall College of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Commercial and Investment Real Estate and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She further deepened her knowledge and skills by obtaining a Master of Business Administration from the same institution, focusing on Commercial and Investment Real Estate.
