Mr. Amoroso supports property and fund-level finance and accounting at TradeLane Properties, working closely with the Director, Finance on return modeling, cash forecasting, and financial analysis. He collaborates with teams across the company and contributes to real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining TradeLane, Mr. Amoroso was an Investment Brokerage Intern at Marcus & Millichap in Chicago, where he supported multifamily transactions through financial modeling and market research.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with majors in Finance and Real Estate. While at Kelley, he was an active member of the Real Estate Club.
