Cody Bandars joined TradeLane Properties in 2022, bringing with him experience in industrial real estate development. In his current role, Cody leads the development of Class A light industrial buildings and oversees leasing, acquisitions, construction, and asset management across the major Texas markets of Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
Before TradeLane, Cody held the position of Development Director at Prologis, where he honed his expertise in the industrial sector. At Prologis, he was responsible for investigating land pursuits for investment, leading building design and entitlement processes, and managing contract awards and negotiations. His focus was on first-generation industrial warehouses, encompassing both greenfield developments and brownfield redevelopments throughout the Texas market.
Cody's unique background includes seven years of service as a SEAL in the United States Navy's Naval Special Warfare – SEAL Team Ten, bringing exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills to his role at TradeLane Properties. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska, with studies completed at both the Lincoln and Omaha campuses. This combination of military discipline, engineering knowledge, and real estate acumen allows Cody to approach development projects with a comprehensive and strategic mindset.
