As Senior, Construction Manager at TradeLane Properties, Jennifer oversees the company’s industrial portfolio in Texas, managing tenant improvements, make-ready projects, and capital construction. She leads all phases of project execution and works closely with Leasing Teams, Property Management, and tenants to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
With over 15 years of construction leadership, Jennifer has managed ground-up developments and complex tenant improvement projects nationwide. She brings expertise in preconstruction planning, RFP development, subcontractor management, OAC/OFCI coordination, QA/QC oversight, and financial reporting.
Jennifer is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and holds OSHA 10-Hour and Safety Trained Supervisor in Construction (STSC) certifications.
