As Vice President of Operations at TradeLane Properties, Ms. Jones manages all administrative aspects of the company. She is responsible for overseeing and coordinating business operations, including human resources, IT, and marketing functions. Ms. Jones collaborates with all market-based teams to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and maximize efficiency. Additionally, she is involved with treasury management, investor relations, and performance monitoring to ensure achievement of operational targets and investor satisfaction.
Previously, Ms. Jones held the position of Office Manager/Executive Assistant for DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE:DCT). Her role was to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Chicago office and provide support to the Managing Director - Central Region, SVP & Market Leader, and SVP of Construction and Development. She handled executive and transactional correspondence, preparation of operational reports and Investment Committee presentations.
Ms. Jones is obtaining her master’s in business administration from Purdue University Global with completion date of December 2023. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Buena Vista University in Marketing and Communications.
