With over 25 years of real estate and construction experience, Mike leads operations and strategic growth in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville markets. In his current role, he oversees capital deployment initiatives, portfolio management, and team leadership across these key regions.
Mike's primary responsibilities include driving NOI growth through strategic leasing, acquisitions, development, redevelopment, dispositions, and asset repositioning. He sources and evaluates acquisition and development opportunities aligned with the company's strategic, asset, and financial criteria.
Mike provides direct and indirect leadership to all talent in the assigned market offices, fostering a high-performance culture, while representing the company. He directs a team of professionals in market analysis, deal sourcing, and property operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and maximizing returns on invested capital.
Previously, Mike held the position of VP and Cincinnati Market Officer at Prologis and Senior Vice President and Market Leader for DCT Industrial Trust.
