With over 25 years of real estate and construction experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to TradeLane Properties. As Senior Vice President, Market Officer, Mr. Meyers oversees the Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville markets and plays a key role in driving growth and success within this region. He is responsible for formulating and implementing strategic initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and developing business expansion plans. Additionally, Mr. Meyers builds client relationships, negotiates real estate transactions, and maximizes profitability within his market.
Previously, Mr. Meyers held the position of Vice President and Cincinnati Market Officer at Prologis (NYSE: PLD). As the Market Officer, he was responsible for capital deployment, leasing, and management of a 12.3 million square foot portfolio, consisting of approximately 122 customers and 53 buildings. Leading a team of ten real estate professionals, Mr. Meyers oversaw all local operations and strategic initiatives.
Prior to his role at Prologis, Mr. Meyers served as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT). In this capacity, he led a team of experienced real estate professionals in deploying capital into attractive acquisition and development opportunities, as well as managing and leasing the company's portfolio in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville markets.
Mr. Meyers received an associate degree at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in Construction Management. He is actively engaged in the Cincinnati Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the University of Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Roundtable.
